As a brazilian artist I decided to represent my culture and my passion, I love my countrie's gastronomy and this project is a homage for our flavors. 

Here you can know more about some of our typical dishes, being more specifically: Feijoada, coxinha and Tapioca.




I represented not just the Feijoada, but also the side dishes. It really matches with farofa, pepper (pickled pepper or sauce), crackling, cooked cabbage and even a salad.

For the drink I chose a good Caipirinha.




If Feijoada is the launch, the Coxinha can be a good snack, is a crispy dough and you can eat it with ketchup or artisanal sauce if you like it.

The fill can be very creative, but the traditional is chicken and meat.




I love candies, so I chose Tapioca as a dessert with coconut and condensed milk, but it can also be savory with cheese, margarine, meat or chicken.

The Tapioca is a granulated dough that you can shape as a pancake on the frying pan and filled it as you want.




We have so many foods in Brazil, those are just a small portion of what we can offer
